Preferred: furnished; a separate kitchen (an open kitchen can work with stellar extraction); dependable housing stability. Building age is not a quality proxy. A balcony is not required, and a nearby busy road is not an automatic rejection if the interior is genuinely quiet and air is good.
Hazal: photo shows a separate eat-in kitchen, long cabinet/counter run, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and a visible hood. Promising furnished lead; free preparation surface, external ducting and induction conversion still need verification.
Fors Marina: photographed narrow single-wall kitchen with limited apparent clear preparation space. Furnished and large enough overall, but weaker for a big cooking kitchen. Aidat also unknown.
